Hans de Wit, cluster leader of cluster 6 (Durability) until 1 July 2011 and emeritus professor of the TU Delft, has been awarded the Borghardt Award 2011.
He recieved the prize of the Stichting Borghardt Award and the Vereniging voor Oppervlaktetechnieken van Materialen (VOM) in recognition of his long-time contribution to the field of surface technology.
