Output Workshop Developments in Welding for the 21st Century
On June 8th 2010 a workshop was organized by M2i on developments in welding. After a general introduction of the agenda for the workshop and of M2i several presentation were given on the developments of welding technologies and of materials to be welded.
HTSM vision document presented to Minister Maria Van der Hoeven
On June 24th last, the vision document HighTech Systems & Materials (HTSM) was officially handed over to Minister of Economic Affairs Maria van der Hoeven.

Diploma Europees Lijmoperator EWF-EAB uitgereikt aan FOCWA Eurogarantbedrijven
Op 11 mei jl. zijn de eerste Nederlandse diploma’s “lijmoperator” (European Adhesive Bonder, EAB) van de European Welding Federation (EWF) en in Nederland vertegenwoordigd door het Nederlands Instituut voor Lastechniek (NIL) uitgereikt aan een tiental werknemers van de FOCWA Eurogarantbedrijven die aan een pilot programma hebben deelgenomen.
